As the Fitness Coordinator for a leading US charitable foundation and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with decades of weight training experience, I'm passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. I believe in a collaborative approach, recognizing that health and fitness are a team effort.
I tailor personalized programs to your unique needs, considering your health, schedule, and fitness goals. My science-backed methods emphasize sustainable habits and achieving lasting results. My commitment to wellness extends beyond the gym. As an outdoor enthusiast, I find joy in pushing boundaries through international adventures, snowboarding, backcountry camping, long-distance cycling, and paddle boarding. These experiences shape my collaborative coaching style.

Standard - $715 + tax 8 Session 45 Minute - In Person or Virtual. Valid for 60 Days
Core - $950 + tax 12 Sessions 45 Minute - In Person or Virtual. Valid for 90 Days
Ultra - $1,340 + tax 20 Sessions 45 Minute - In Person or Virtual. Valid for 150 Days
All plans include a complimentary fitness assessment
